Al-Aqeedah Al-Wasitiyyah: A valuable treatise by Sheikh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah – may Allah have mercy on him – in which he mentioned the majority of issues concerning the fundamentals of religion, and the methodology of Ahl al-Sunnah wal Jama'ah in the sources of reception they rely on in beliefs. Therefore, it held a great position among the scholars of Ahl al-Sunnah and students of knowledge, due to its many advantages in terms of its concise wording, precise meanings, and easy style, as well as its distinction in gathering rational and textual evidence for the fundamentals of religion. Some scholars have explained it, including Sheikh Muhammad ibn Salih al-Uthaymin.
