Returns, Refunds and Exchange
At DeenSquare.com, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or refund subject to the terms and conditions outlined below:
General Return Guidelines

All return requests are monitored. We reserve the right to decline return requests at our discretion.

Products must be in their original condition, unused, unopened, and in the original box and/or packaging. If products are opened, returns will not be accepted.

Return requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of receipt. Requests after 7 days will be automatically rejected.

Products that are opened or used are not eligible for return.

We do not offer an exchange service.
Non-Returnable Products

Sale or Clearance Products.

Faulty Products
If you receive a faulty product, please notify us and return the item within 2 calendar days of delivery. We will review your request and provide a suitable resolution.
How quickly can I return an item?
As long as the product is unopened and still in its original condition and packaging, you can request a return within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt. Requests received after 7 days will be rejected.
Courier Charge for Pick-Ups:

A courier charge of AED 15 will be applied for returns due to reasons not caused by us, such as:

Changed your mind

Incorrect size or preference

This charge of 15 AED will be deducted from the refund amount and is independent of the original shipping fee applied to the original order. The shipping fee applied on the original order is a different chargeable service, and the return pick-up is another chargeable service.

Pick-up is free of charge only if:

The product received is incorrect, or

The product is faulty

Return Process:
- To start your return process, please fill out the form within 7 days of receiving the product. The request will be automatically rejected if received after 7 days of delivery. Click here to start the return process.
- We will review your application in accordance with our return policy, and you will receive an email notifying you of its approval or rejection.
- Once your return is approved, we kindly ask that you carefully prepare and pack the goods to ensure that they are not damaged during transit.
- Our designated courier will collect the package from you.
- Upon receiving and inspecting the remaining amount it, we will inspect the goods and issue a refund as outlined below.
Refund Policy:
For COD Orders: The courier fee of AED 15 will be deducted from the product price, and the balance will be refunded as a coupon code that you can use on the checkout page to order another product. The coupon code will be valid for 6 months and will be emailed to you within 7 days of receiving the returned product.
For Card Payment Orders: The courier fee of AED 15 will be deducted from the product price, and the balance amount will be refunded back to your card. Your bank will notify you once the refund has been reflected in your account. The refund process generally takes 10 to 15 days.
Note:
- We do not offer cash refunds.
- Unfortunately, if we receive the products in a damaged condition, we will be unable to process the refund and will need to return the goods back to you at your own expense.
- The original shipping fee as part of the original order is a different service to the return pick up service.
International Orders:
International shipped orders are not eligible for refund, except in the case of faulty goods. Faulty products will require verification.
For international warranty claims, the customer will be responsible for all shipping fees - both collection and return.
