سبب إختلاف الفقهاء

Many scholars, ancient and modern, have written books on the origin of differences and their causes. In his research, the author referred to what scholars wrote about the reasons for differences, followed what was published on this topic in various subjects, and what was scattered in different places in books of exegesis, hadith, usul (principles of Islamic jurisprudence), and comparative studies. He gathered these dispersed materials, examined the opinions within them and the reasons they stemmed from, and extracted from them what clarified his path and strengthened his argument. Thus, his research came out comprehensive and fulfilling.
