1. Domestic Deliveries (Within UAE)

We strive to make our delivery process quick, safe, and pleasant. We partner with professional courier services to collect products from our sellers and deliver them directly to you.

  • Standard Shipping Fee: 15 AED.

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free delivery on all orders over 200 AED.

  • Delivery Timelines: Generally 2–4 working days, subject to accurate address and contact details.

  • Important Notes:

    • Delivery areas are restricted to city limits. Remote or non-serviceable areas may incur additional surcharges or lead to order cancellation; we will contact you if this applies.

    • We cannot guarantee time-slot deliveries. Please provide an address suitable for daytime delivery.

    • Stock availability is not guaranteed. If an item becomes unavailable, your order may be edited and dispatched accordingly with or without prior notice.

2. Click & Collect (Pick-Up)

You may choose to pick up your order directly from our warehouse.

  1. Shop Online: Add your favorites to your basket.

  2. Select Method: Choose "Pickup" during checkout.

  3. Payment: Complete your payment online.

  4. Collection: You will receive an email once your order is ready. Please visit our warehouse with your Order Confirmation Email within 7 calendar days.

3. International & GCC Shipping

We ship worldwide using competitive regional and international courier services.

  • Shipping Fees: Fees are determined by destination, package weight, dimensions, and mode of transport.

  • The Process:

    • For many destinations, shipping is calculated at checkout. However, for certain international orders, we may contact you after the order is placed to confirm shipping options and costs. A revised invoice will be issued if necessary.

    • Free Shipping (GCC): We offer free delivery on GCC orders over 500 AED. For orders below 500 AED, shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight.

  • Payment Methods: Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for international orders. All international payments must be completed online via Credit/Debit Card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.

  • Delivery Timelines: Estimated at 2–7 business days, depending on the courier chosen and destination. Please note that timelines can vary significantly based on the shipping mode (courier, sea, or postal) and customs processing.

4. Customs, Duties & Import Regulations

  • Responsibility: Shipping fees paid at checkout do not include customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These are the responsibility of the customer and must be settled directly with your local regulatory authorities. The courier partner might facilitate to act as an agent to collect the fees from you and pay it to the customs department

  • Documentation: Some countries may require official identity documents or import licenses. It is the customer's responsibility to provide these for clearance.

  • Liability: DeenSquare is not liable if a shipment cannot be cleared through customs. In such cases, the customer is not entitled to a refund.

  • Export Restrictions: Not all products are eligible for international export. We recommend contacting us at orders@deensquare.com prior to purchase to confirm eligibility for your destination.
