Al-Mawrid Dictionary Arabic-English - المورد قاموس عربي-إنكليزي

This is an unillustrated Arabic to English dictionary presented in a large, relaxed format, with detailed entries in both languages. In addition to the English translation and synonyms of a particular Arabic word, examples of expressions incorporating the word are also often given. The Arabic entries are listed alphabetically by their first and subsequent letters rather than following the traditional root letter listing system. It should be noted that nouns are only supplied in their singular form, and Arabic verbs are only provided in their third person past tense singular form. However, the Arabic word listings are fully vocalised which would be of great benefit to the student of Arabic.
