The Mushaf Al-Zahrawan is a Quran with a margin dedicated to the similar verses (mutashabihat) of the Quran. It was developed with a special methodology and signs to clarify the similarities in the verses. We considered the repetition of the position wherever it occurred, as well as the use of symbols to clarify the specific part where there is a similarity. For example: a filled circle indicates that the similarity is at the beginning of the verse, while an unfilled circle indicates that the similarity is in the middle of the verse, and the finger sign indicates that this position is unique....and so on. There is also a sample on the first page where it is explained with shapes and examples. We made sure that the similarity is next to the verse on the same page, and that the similar verses are arranged in the same order as the surahs of the Mushaf. Also, the similar verse is placed in all the places where it was mentioned, in order to facilitate memorizing one surah with its counterpart and what follows it. The margin of the Mushaf mentions the similarity and a part of the verse to facilitate the flow in the positions, and it is also written in the Quranic script to facilitate reading. This Mushaf mentions most of the similar verses that are difficult for the memorizer. This edition is accompanied by the text of Al-Sakhawiya منظومة (systematic poem) on similar verses to facilitate memorizing the positions of similarity.
