Returns, Refunds & Exchange

 

Policy

At DeenSquare.com, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or refund subject to the terms and conditions outlined below:

We monitor the number of returns made and may refuse to accept return requests at our discretion.

The following products cannot be returned, except in the case of faulty goods:

  • Beauty products
  • Fragrances
  • Skin Care products
  • Grooming products
  • Electronic products

If you receive a faulty product, please inform us and return the item within 2 days of delivery. We will look into your request and provide a resolution accordingly.

All products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.

How quickly can I return an item?

As long as the product is unopened and still in its original condition and packaging, you can request a return within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt. Requests received after 7 days will be rejected.

Courier Charge for Pick-Ups:

Please note that a courier charge of AED 15 will be applied for pick-ups that are not due to our fault, such as if you changed your mind or the size is incorrect. This charge will be deducted from the final refund amount. Pick-up will be free only if you received a wrong or faulty product.

Product Opened from Original Packaging:

Please note that if the product is opened from the original packaging, the product cannot be returned.

Exchange Policy:

Unfortunately, we do not offer an exchange service.

Return Process:

  1. To start your return process, please fill out the form in the bottom of the page within 7 calendar days of receiving the product. The request will be automatically rejected if received after 7 days of delivery.  
  2. We will review your application in accordance with our return policy, and you will receive an email notifying you of its approval or rejection.
  3. Once your return is approved, we kindly ask that you carefully prepare and pack the goods to ensure that they are not damaged during transit.
  4. Our designated courier will collect the package from you, and upon receiving it, we will inspect the goods and issue a refund as outlined below.

Refund Policy:

For COD Orders: The courier fee of AED 15 will be deducted from the product price, and the balance will be refunded as a coupon code that you can use on the checkout page to order another product. The coupon code will be valid for 6 months and will be emailed to you within 7 days of receiving the returned product.

For Card Payment Orders: The courier fee of AED 15 will be deducted from the product price, and the balance amount will be refunded back to your card. Your bank will notify you once the refund has been reflected in your account. The refund process generally takes 10 to 15 working days.

Note:

  • We do not offer cash refunds.
  • Unfortunately, if we receive the products in a damaged condition, we will be unable to process the refund and will need to return the goods back to you at your own expense.

International Orders:

International shipped orders are not eligible for refund, except in the case of faulty goods. Faulty products will require verification.

For international warranty claims, the customer will be responsible for all shipping fees - both collection and return.
